Print & Email Stations

Currently located during the summer in our Foothill (Stern) and Clark Kerr (Building 1) sites, the Print and Email stations provide a convenient way to quickly check email or print documents. Each Print and Email Station has several computer workstations, both Macintosh and Windows, with a full suite of Microsoft and Adobe productivity software. They also have full Internet access with popular web browsers, and users can print via high-quality networked black-and-white laser printers. All Print and Email Station services are provided free of charge to guests.

Unfortunately, the Print and Email Stations cannot be used as meeting rooms and we cannot accommodate requests for custom software installations. If you need a networked room to hold a meeting, please look into renting a meeting room and see your Conference Coordinator for more information about computer rentals.

Requirements

Paper is provided at each Print and Email Stations, although we do not allow printing of transparencies. As the stations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, we ask that you are considerate in the length of time using the stations. No meetings may be held in the Print and Email Station rooms.
